Can you believe that Christmas Day will be upon us in less than a week?
Time seems to have simply flown by this year but for many families, as the school holidays kick in, now is the time to slow down, enjoy the festive period and have a break.
So, with this mind; whether you are a holiday-maker or lucky enough to live here; Byron4Kids aim is to be a super handy family friendly resource to provide you with ideas and inspiration to make the most of the summer holidays!
First up; the most go to section of the website – the Calendar of Events. A section of it appears on every page of the website or you can click Calendar of Events on the menu bar and up comes a comprehensive calendar listing all the activities and events, workshops, kids-craft, festivals and carnivals and of course… appearances by Santa! Dates, times, location and cost (if applicable) are all listed there along with contact details if it’s something you need to book.
From Broken Head to Brunswick Heads; Byron Shire boasts some of the most beautiful beaches along NSW Far North Coast. As too does Ballina Shire which also includes the one of the most famous, filmed and photographed surfing beaches, world renowned The Point at Lennox Head.
Byron4Kids website lists all of the ‘patrolled’ beaches in both Byron and Ballina Shires complete with up-to-date Lifesaver Patrol information, as well as your handy to know guide containing details of nearby amenities and playgrounds, stroller friendly pathways, which are the dog friendly beaches or if you can grab a snack close by.
