General Information
Officially opened on 18 April 2010 the skatepark is a relatively recent and very welcome addition to Brunswick Heads.
Located literally on the side of the road on the outskirts of town – just off the Pacific Highway heading north – and forming part of a number of sporting venues including a football pitch and the Alby Lofts Oval, the skatepark is easy to spot. It’s also right next door to the Brunswick Heads Bowling Club. Features include a whopping 6 foot bowl, a small box, triangle, large ledges and large rails complete with a shelter, benches and water bubbler.
The skatepark is within 2 minutes walk of ‘Village Greens’ – the local grocery store/service station and less than 5 minutes drive from the centre of town.
